Refund policy
Delivery Damage Claims
Any damage occurring during shipping or delivery must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team immediately with photos and a detailed description of any issues. Our White Glove delivery team will inspect your furniture upon delivery, and any concerns should be addressed at that time.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted furniture, we do not accept returns. Each piece is made to order specifically for your home using your selected fabric and configuration choices.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided under our warranty programs and require proper product care as outlined in our care guide:
- Fabric Performance Warranty: 3-year coverage for manufacturing defects in stain resistance, colorfastness, and fabric construction
- Frame Warranty: 3-year coverage for structural defects in hardwood construction or internal parts
Warranty claims require proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and documentation that proper care guidelines have been followed.
