How long will my order take?

Our sofas are handcrafted to order in North Carolina with a 6-8 week lead time from order confirmation. This timeframe allows our artisans to carefully construct each piece using traditional techniques and premium materials.

Can I customize my sofa?

Yes! Our semi-custom approach allows you to choose from:

• 6 sofa styles (Belgravia, Chelsea, Dalston, Fitzroy, Mayfair, and Pimlico)
• 24 striped fabric options, with new designs released seasonally
• Multiple colorways for most of our striped fabric designs
• Standard dimensions optimized for most living spaces

Do you offer fabric samples?

Absolutely! We strongly recommend ordering fabric samples before making your final selection. Samples show the true texture, weight, and color of our performance fabrics and help ensure your choice works perfectly in your space. Order samples >

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Changes can be made within 24 hours of order placement at no charge. After 24 hours, modifications may incur fees as production planning begins. Once your sofa enters the crafting stage, changes cannot be accommodated.

Shipping & Delivery

How will my sofa be delivered?

All furniture includes White Glove delivery service for $248. This includes:

• Professional delivery team (2-person crew)
• Room placement in your choice of location
• Unpacking and setup of your furniture

How will delivery be scheduled?

Our White Glove delivery partner will contact you by phone approximately 1 week before delivery to schedule your appointment. You'll receive:

• 2-4 hour delivery window for your convenience
• 24-hour confirmation call before delivery day
• Direct contact with the delivery team on delivery day

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide to the continental United States. Delivery timeframes may vary based on location, with some remote areas requiring additional time.

What if I'm not satisfied with my delivery?

Our delivery team will ensure your sofa is placed correctly and inspect it for any shipping damage. If issues arise during delivery, they'll be addressed immediately. For quality concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Fabric Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my performance fabric?

Our PFAS-free performance fabrics are designed for easy maintenance:

Regular care:

• Vacuum with an upholstery attachment
• Rotate and fluff cushions periodically
• Address spills immediately by blotting (not rubbing)

Spot cleaning:

• Use mild soap and warm water for most stains
• Bleach-cleanable for deeper cleaning
• Rinse thoroughly and air dry completely

Are the fabrics really stain-resistant?

Yes! Unlike chemically-treated fabrics, our materials are inherently stain-resistant through advanced fiber technology. This means the stain resistance won't wear off over time and won't compromise safety.

Can I wash the cushion covers?

Our cushions are not designed with removable covers. However, the performance fabric can be thoroughly cleaned in place using the spot-cleaning methods outlined in our care guide.

How do I maintain down-blend cushions?

Down-blend cushions require some maintenance to maintain their shape and comfort:

• Shake and fluff regularly to refresh the filling
• Rotate cushion positions periodically based on usage

• Fabric Performance Warranty: 3 years covering stain resistance, fade resistance, and construction
• Frame Warranty: 3 Year Limited on frames and internal parts

What's not covered under warranty?

Normal wear and tear, pet damage, cuts or burns, and damage from misuse are not covered. Proper care, as outlined in our care guide, is required to maintain warranty coverage.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Can my furniture be repaired?
